Hi Everyone!

It’s my 1 year SDR anniversary! 🎉

A year ago today, I had SDR surgery to help with my pain and mobility.

It’s been a long year of hard work and daily rehab both at physio and at home. I basically live

There have been some challenges, a lot of effort and practice that have gone into all of these exercises that I’ve worked on and continue working on.

I’ve made some incredible progress the passed year, and still have lots more things to work on to improve.

Thank you everyone for supporting me along the way, donating and helping make this all possible. It truly means a lot. ❤️

And thank you .physio .physio for always pushing me to do things I never thought was possible, for believing in me, for helping me achieve so much, and for making me still want to show up every day and work hard even a year later. I appreciate you guys and couldn’t have gotten this far without you. 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

I’ve been kinda quiet the last little while but I’m still making good progress in therapy.

I just sent my 6 month follow up videos to Dr. Park for him to review, so thought I’d share a little update!

Hi Friends! Therapy Update!

We’ve been working on a lot of balance, walking, kneeling, and getting up my step count so I can go do Harry Potter things ⚡️

Almost 5 months post-op now
