At PUSH, our classes are women-only, capped at 6–7 people, and coached with intention. We focus on teaching proper strength fundamentals, offering real modifications, and helping you build confidence in your body — not just “get through a workout.”

Our space is welcoming to women in all stages of life — whether you’re juggling kids, coming back after injury, navigating hormonal changes, or simply ready to train with more purpose. And yes, our classes are child-friendly for those who need that flexibility.

As we wrap up an incredible 2025, we’re taking a short mini pause to rest, reset, and soak up time with our people. This year has been full of growth, momentum, and community, and we’re so grateful for every single one of you who made it what it was.

We hope your holiday season is filled with rest, laughter, lots of cookies (Denine😂) and time with friends and family. We’ll be back in the new year with sparklers under our butts and so much excitement for what’s ahead in 2026 🎉

You don’t need to stop moving during pregnancy. You just need the right support ✨

Pregnancy brings new sensations, new questions, and often a lot of mixed messages about what is “normal” or safe. Staying active can feel confusing, especially as your body changes week to week.

At PUSH, our prenatal programs are designed to support your changing body, your growing baby, and you. We focus on evidence based strength training, mobility, breathwork, and nervous system support so you can move with confidence throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Research continues to support resistance training during pregnancy. A large systematic review found that people who participated in prenatal strength training had lower rates of:
• gestational hypertension
• gestational diabetes
• perinatal mood disorders
• larger birth weight babies

Many of the studies included used very light external loads, highlighting how effective properly prescribed movement can be during pregnancy🤰🏼

Whether you are looking for structured strength and birth preparation, gentle mobility and breathwork, or a combination of both, our prenatal programs are built to support a smoother pregnancy and stronger postpartum recovery 💪🏻
