Just a brief update regarding Ontario's changing mask mandate. As a healthcare setting we will continue to require masks in the clinic until April 27th. We thank you for your cooperation!

Here at the clinic several of our practitioners practice what is called cupping. Silicone cups are placed on a specific part of the body to help repair inflammation and improve blood flow to the area. If you’re interested in this type of treatment give the clinic a call! The admin staff can help guide you to an RMT or Chiropractor who will help you decide if this is the right treatment for you.

We’ve been getting some questions from our patients regarding in person appointments and our hours as we move through this latest wave of COVID, it is business as usual here at HPP. As always we will work to keep all our patients and staff safe as we move through this wave of the pandemic. We encourage all patients to continue to stay home if they’re feeling under the weather. As the COVID situation develops we are, and always will be, committed to the health of all of our patients.

When stimulated this acupressure point on our ear helps to relieve some symptoms of anxiety, stress, even insomnia. As a member of the admin team here our chiropractors often see us in stressful situations and have been known to put a little patch on to help ease those anxious feelings.
