Easy high fiber breakfast idea

Overnight chia pudding - makes 2 servings
1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
Dash of cinnamon
MIX WELL AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT

Add 1/3 cup strawberries and 1/2 a banana as toppings and enjoy!
