Bio
Sarah is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Her passion for health and fitness motivated her to explore the field of manual healthcare. She left her long time career, as an Autism and Behaviour Therapist, to pursue an education in Massage Therapy. Sarah hopes to inspire others to achieve overall wellness by helping clients prevent injury and promote quicker recovery, as well as, maintain ideal physical and mental functioning. She uses a combined approach including General Swedish Massage, as well as, advanced techniques such as facilitated stretching, fascial release, trigger point therapy, and hydrotherapy. She aspires to continually add to her knowledge and skills in the future with additional courses in cupping, child, infant, and prenatal massage.
