Hello, lovely people. I'm thoroughly enjoying my getaway, and it feels amazing. This time, I've chosen to focus on the essentials - summer dresses and a bathing suit - and leave the rest behind. It's incredibly liberating to have reached a point in life where I prioritize my own comfort and well-being over superficial appearances. At 63, I've discovered a sense of freedom in embracing my true self, unrestricted by the things that no longer serve me. We are all uniquely beautiful, and that's something to celebrate.

Our Story

In 2006 I first came into contact with Singing Bowls and their sound & vibrations have not left me since then. The diverse positive effects of these specific developed Singing Bowls on body, mind & spirit have fascinated me so much, that it became quickly clear that I would work with Singing Bowls as a Sound Therapist.

I created Sound Journey to help my clients to become more happier, more content and more relaxed on their journey through life. Another very beneficial fact besides many other of vibrational Sound Therapy is the non-intrusive, natural aid in pain management.

My fees for vibrational Sound Therapy and Sound guided Journey’s I keep intentional lower, so that everyone who is seeking help with me, can find access to healing through sound & vibration.
