Our Story
In 2010 I was given a gift certificate to have a reflexology session. I love having massages and at the time I expected to be disappointed by reflexology because I thought I would prefer to have my whole body worked on and not just my feet; however, I was shocked at how my whole body felt different after the session. I was intrigued and started reading more about reflexology and trying to learn it on my own. I finally decided to take a course and pursue reflexology as a career and received my certification in foot reflexology from the Canadian Reflexology School in Victoria in 2016. I have continued to learn more about reflexology and have added training in hand and ear reflexology.
The school that provided my reflexology training is owned by Alison Rippen who is a strong advocate of business training in her programs. From this platform I have been able to maintain a strong balance of learning business and reflexology and have maintained a personal interest in studying mindset, wellness, and personal growth
The major influences I have had in the last five years have been Esther Hicks, Carrie Greene (the female entrepreneur association), Mind Valley Academy and Dr. Joe Dispensa.
