Over the past little while I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on an evolution of my practice.

Soon I’ll be introducing:

☀️ a new brand identity
💧 a new therapeutic service
🌿 and some beautiful new treatment combinations

This next chapter is all about supporting the body in restoring balance, flow, and deep relaxation.

I’m especially excited to be adding Manual Lymphatic Drainage — a gentle therapy that supports detoxification, reduces inflammation, and helps the body function at its best.

👣Edema - what is it and how can Reflexology help?

🩸Edema occurs when there is excess fluid in the tissue of the body, commonly in the ankles, feet and hands - especially during pregnancy.

🙂‍↕️Skin can feel tight or stretched and there may be a limited range of motion causing pain and discomfort

🌤️ Reflexology can provide relief by stimulating the hormonal system, the lymphatic drainage system, and circulation allowing those fluids to move and the swelling to go down. Reflexology assists in reducing inflammation throughout the body by reducing stress which can also decrease the swelling.

🤰🏻Whether you are experiencing edema from pregnancy, stress, health issues or as a side effect from medication, Reflexology can be beneficial in providing relief and lowering stress.
