I am trained in pressure points, birthing positions and partner lead poses! 🧘🏽‍♀️

Making labouring naturally smoother, letting you hold off getting medication for a while or all together!

I can be the physical presence not leaving your side, to get you snacks, water, ice or your favourite fuzzy socks. 🧦

How would I provide emotional support as your doula?

Great question! 😃

My main priority during labour and delivery is to create a calm, safe and comfortable environment for the mother to give birth in no matter the setting. 🏨🏠

I adjust to what you need emotionally, whether that be word of encouragement, compassion or empathy.

As a doula my role is to serve you and help you every minute of the process. 😊
