After many years as a Registered Nurse, Reiki called me toward a different kind of healing, one woven with energy, intuition, and quiet transformation. Guided by the gentle currents of universal energy, and a calling to share healing, peace, and ancient wisdom, I followed my heart across the seas to the red sands of Prince Edward Island. Certified in diverse healing arts, including hypnosis, I am devoted to offering the highest level of skill, care, and professional service. For me, this is more than a practice. It’s a path. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I specialize in Reiki Experiences for deep energetic healing and soul alignment. The round shape of the bun represents the wheel, the turning cycle of the year, and the promise of renewal. Baked with spices, fruit, and warmth, they embody nourishment, fertility, and the quiet return of abundance after winter’s stillness. The Spring Equinox arrives during the season of Ostara, the moment when day and night stand in perfect balance before the Sun begins his steady rise into the light half of the year. It is a powerful threshold in the turning of the Wheel and a time to pause between darkness and light and consciously welcome the awakening of Spring.

Join me Friday from 6–8pm to gather in ceremony to restore balance, honor the returning light, and invite new growth to take root in the months ahead.
