Mindful Yoga I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 18+ years with 200 YTT. Grateful to share my passion with others. Let's move, breathe, connect ๐Ÿ’œ

Yoga has allowed me to love myself and discover my true nature. I teach to all levels and bodies. My classes focus on breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, gentle movement and mindfulness techniques. Let's move together, and connect our mind, body and soul. The present moment is the most beautiful moment. Let your inner light shine.

Get COZY with me and step away from the busyness of the season โœจ๏ธ

Join me Friday, December 12 for a SOOTHING and CALMING practice of Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing.

No experience needed. This practice is for anyone who is looking to CALM the nervous system, RELEASE stress and tension or just needs time to themselves.

We'll begin with GENTLE movement to prepare our mind and body for a Deeply HEALING Yoga Nidra practice, followed by Sound Healing. Close your eyes, get cozy by the fire and let the sounds of koshi chimes, rainstick and Tibetan Singing bowls that will soothe your soul.

When: Friday, December 12 7:30pm to 9pm

Will you join me this Winter for some Mindful movement?ย End your evening in the comfort of your home and let go of the day.

This series will offer:

โ„๏ธ Breathwork to connect to our inner knowingย 

โ„๏ธ Gentle and intentional movement

โ„๏ธ Yoga Nidra

โ„๏ธย Restorative

Online Series will be on Tuesday evenings at 8pm for 10 weeks starting Tuesday, November 25thย (no classes Dec 23/30) to February 10th.

This practice is a wonderful way to start your week by letting go of tension, giving your body and nervous system the rest and care it needs and connecting with a beautiful group of like minded people. It's also a lovely way to lead into the new year with movement, intention and ease.

When:ย November 25 - February 10 (no class Dec 23/30)

EARLY Bird Pricing:ย  $111 if registered before November 18th, thereafter $140 for series

All Classes are recorded and available for viewing up to 7 days
