Safe Space Counselling & Psychotherapy Services Oftentimes life brings on challenges that are difficult to work through on your own that can leave you feeling lost and not knowing where to turn for support.

It can be difficult to find someone who gets you and makes you feel safe in sharing these challenges and offering guidance. I am here to be that person to help support your unique needs in a non-judgemental space, explore your challenges together and build on your strengths. I believe that therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey and it's important to explore different techniques from varying modalities to find the one that best supports you. My aim is to honour you in this mental wellness space and to help you navigate the challenges to increase your mental health potential!
