Just wrapped up an incredible Internal Family Systems (IFS) training in beautiful Stratford, Ontario hosted by Mission Empowerment

I left with so many insights, some unexpected self-reflections, and of course... no Justin Bieber sightings 😄. But theatre, nature, and therapy parts? All present and accounted for.
