Stress is not just a mental health thing π¬
I think we've done ourselves a real disservice by filing it under "mindset" and leaving it there. Because stress is a full body experience β and when it becomes chronic, your body starts keeping score in ways that have nothing to do with how you're feeling emotionally.
The immune system that can't keep up. The muscles that are permanently braced. The energy that tanks by 2pm no matter how early you went to bed. The headaches, the tension, the recovery that takes way longer than it used to π
None of that is in your head. It's in your nervous system. And more specifically β it's stored in your spine.
