Had a lot of fun competing at hyrox this year! I’ve been treating a number of different hyrox athletes and it’s been so fun diving into their training and competition while also getting to see how their bodies adapt and respond to the heavy load of training from a treatment perspective. Will definitely be looking to compete again and help others find their best times as injury free as can be!

Eli has an announcement! Little sister coming January 2026. I have my schedule online updated to January 15th. After that I will be taking 1 month out of office to welcome the new addition to the family. :) I will also be taking new patients until December 15th.
