The holiday season can be joyful, but it can also bring moments of stress, loneliness, or reflection, especially for seniors.
During an already busy season, we slowed things down with “A Mindful Christmas: Cultivating Calm in the Holiday Season.” This Health & Wellness session invited residents to pause, breathe, and be present through gentle holiday scents, warm hot chocolate, mindfulness, light movement, and meaningful connection - while learning simple practices they can use on their own.
