Happy New Year! 💜

This month marks the 2 year anniversary of EmpathConfessions.com - and for that, I've decided to [once again] update the site. I've refreshed the look, and have made plans to be a bit more "social" with it.

I apologize as I haven't put my attention on the social media accounts but I intend to continue using them to provide you with announcements. From now on, you'll see a post every time I publish on the site and when I have some exciting news from my business, Ashley Tilson - Intuitive Healer & Spiritual Guide.

I used to think that I had big (and surprising!) opinions on a lot of things... not even realizing that the majority of the time, it was actually my psychic abilities providing me with messages! 👼

Greetings friends & followers! 🙂

It's been a little quiet on the blog front, so I want to get you caught up on what's going on behind the scenes.

Empath Confessions is still alive and active, however, my focus has moved to my business (Ashley Tilson). Over the past few months, I've been developing an online program for Empaths, which has been inspired by work I've done on the blog! 💖

I can't wait to show you what's to come. Stay tuned for further updates!

Before empowering myself, I frequently needed to have a "vent" session at the end of each work day - this was the only way I knew how to release everything I've picked up on. 🤬

Until I was able to read the messages I was receiving and block them out at will, I carried everyone's baggage for them. This meant I went home feeling the mix of emotions that my surroundings carried... and I felt I had no choice but to justify why I suddenly changed my mind about certain situations and people. As terrible as it made me feel to be thinking this way, I always found comfort & affirmation when I decided to share my facts [that led to my new opinion]. ✨☄️

It's not necessarily a suggested practice, but it was one that served a purpose in the early stages of my spiritual journey. To the ones that hold these spaces for us - thank you! 💞🙏❤️

At first, I was upset with myself for all that I've been through... and to NOW find out I'm an Empath. While reflecting on my past made me realize some harsh truths, it also affirmed that the gift was always there - even at a young age. 🌟🕉

If you look for it in those moments where you silently observed others while hearing your "hunch" was right.. or considering how much you may have mirrored the behaviours/personalities around you.. you will be able to see it for yourself! 🙏✨💞

Before fully awakening and seeking to empower myself, I often thought of this as a curse -- a daily struggle to physically and mentally separate myself from all that I encountered. Once I realized this was the very reason I've always suffered from waves of depression and anxiety, I needed to understand my purpose... ✨💞

I think all of us struggle with this thought at the beginning of our journey, but it seems to add the needed incentive that makes us seek out answers. 🌠❤️🕉
