My passion is plant allies and how nature gives so many amazing tools right in our very back yard! I grow a lot of my own plants and flowers for my creations, Wild forage responsibly for some and source from small Canadian businesses for other supplies.

I just wanted to share a quick little update. You may have noticed is been pretty quiet on the page, life has brought some unexpected family circumstances my way, and I’ll be taking a little time to focus on that. Hopefully it will only be another month of navigating and I’ll be back stocking up and preparing for market season, taking bookings for Sauna blanket, detox and red light therapy sessions😎
In the meantime, many Sage & Soul Apothecary items are still available at 6D Health and Wellness if you need anything.
