I had someone message me recently and tell me they’ve been following me for over two years but didn’t have the courage to reach out..
Not because they were intimidated by me… but because they were scared to make a change for themselves.
They said they knew that if they started with me, they’d have to admit something out loud: that they didn’t love the skin they were in, and that they didn’t love exercising — but they believed I might be the person who could help them change that.
That message stuck with me.
Because from the outside looking in, social media can make it seem like someone has it all together. When you show up online, share your life, your work, your routines… people often assume you must be confident all the time. That everything is figured out.
But the truth is, I’m human too.
There are moments of anxiety.
Moments of questioning myself.
Moments of imposter syndrome.
Moments where things feel heavy or uncertain.
And I think it’s important to say that out loud.
Because being a strong woman, being confident, being proud of who you are — doesn’t mean you never struggle. It means you keep showing up as your authentic self even when life is challenging.
I try to be transparent on here because I want you to know that life can be both beautiful and messy. You can be growing and still feel unsure. You can be strong and still have moments of doubt.
And if sharing my journey — the good, the hard, and everything in between — helps even one person feel less alone or inspires someone to take a step toward better habits, better health, or a better relationship with themselves… that means everything to me.
Some of the most powerful messages I receive are from people I’ve never even met. People who say my authenticity makes them want to move their body, take care of themselves, or believe they deserve to feel good too.
That is powerful.
So if you’re here, quietly watching, wondering if you’re ready for a change — just know you’re not alone in that feeling.
And you don’t have to have it all figured out to start.🤍
