Lisa is a trained Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, Aqualead Master Practitioner and Teacher, Dyanstir Master Practitioner and Teacher, Queldon Master Practitioner and Teacher, and IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) Practitioner and has been treating clients since 2015. Lisa has also completed courses regarding emotional pattern releasing and body response therapy. Lisa has completed a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training through Chrysalis Yoga, a 40-hr Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Andrea Peloso, and Integrative Life Coaching program through the Integrative Wellness Academy.
Lisa is highly empathic, intuitive, clairsentient (clear feeling), and claircognizance (clear knowing). Through the years, she has overcome challenges from bullying to many losses that have shaped her into the person she is today. Her compassion, kindness, understanding, love, and strength have been persistent from an early age and this allows her to be of service to others.
Lisa believes in living a holistic lifestyle. All illness have multiple sources from the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Due to this, multiple perspectives have to be addressed when it comes to healing. She believes that the food we eat and the way we deal with our emotions are the primary source of illness in today’s world.
Lisa’s mission is to inspire clients as they work together to bring all four bodies into balance through a holistic approach. She aims to give them the opportunity to safely explore the mind-body connection to remind themselves of their inner power and strength and to heal from the inside out. Lisa desires to connect with clients' hearts and to encourage them to live an authentic and purposeful life - on their own terms.

REIKI HEALING
Pronounced (Ray-Key) is a gentle, natural, and safe form of energy healing. It is a hands on healing technique that creates equilibrium within the energy centres (chakras). Reiki promotes balance physically, emotionally, & spiritually that activates the body's natural healing system.
When the energy field experiences blockages, the immune system is weakened and illness is created. However, Reiki allows balance to be created within the energy field, essentially restoring the ability for the physical body to heal itself and speeds up the healing process. We often forget that our bodies have the power to heal themselves. Some signs that indicate our body is unbalanced are chronic headaches, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and stress, etc. In this fast-paced, outer focused world, we tend to ignore bodily signs that our physical body is out of balance. Our bodies know exactly what will benefit them, but we forget to listen. By keeping our energy field active and balanced, we can achieve a renewed sense of well being and optimum health.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will lay on your back or stomach fully clothed. I will clear the energy within your main energy centres (chakras), as well as your arms and legs by placing my hands on each part of your body. In some areas (throat, chest, and p***c region), I will place my hands above your body within your energy field. Sessions can be 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Everyone experiences the Reiki energy differently – some feel a lot of heat, some feel nothing at all, some fall asleep, or some simply go into a deep relaxation. There is no judgment, simply let the experience flow.

DISTANCE REIKI HEALING
Reiki can be sent through distance and time, which may be a hard concept for some to grasp, especially if you are new to energy healing. Distance healing sessions work well as a supplement to in person sessions. However, they are equally as effective. Distance sessions work well for those who live too far away, or do not have the time to attend an in person session. They are effective on pets, little children, and people of all ages.

AQUALEAD: Aqualead is an energy therapy focused on healing water in both living beings and in the environment. It has a cleansing and purifying effect, as it helps remove toxins and lower vibrations from the water on the Earth, and in the body. Humans are at least 70% water so it makes sense to focus on this element when healing. An Aqualead session often leads to a refreshed and invigorated feeling and helps one gain more insight and clarity. It can also have a calming effect which is helpful for anxiety, stress and sleep disorders. Aqualead is a relatively new healing modality and was channelled by Sabine Blais in 2008 from Angel Ariel.

FULL MOON YOGA CLASSES: Full moon yoga events are held on the full moon of each month. In this workshop, we will start with a letting go fire ceremony. This will consist of writing down a habit/emotion/behaviour/person/place, etc. that we want to let go of and setting it on fire to set the intention that we are letting it go. To follow will be a 1-hour gentle yoga practice filled with hands on adjustments accompanied by Reiki and will end with head massage with essential oils. Once you have let go and been nourished, we will end with a short meditation and writing down some intentions for the new month.
