Your body doesn’t need motivation.

It needs safety.

Most people try to force change from a dysregulated state.

More discipline. More willpower.

More pushing.

But a nervous system in protection can’t receive clarity, creativity, or momentum.

It’s too busy keeping you alive.

January isn’t about becoming better.

It’s about becoming steadier.

When the body feels safe enough, it naturally lets go of what it’s been gripping.

Change follows regulation, not the other way around.

If this resonates, stay here.

This space is for grounded conversations about nervous system repair, presence, and real support.

If you want to trust yourself again and stop feeling stuck, read this

Kambo is a sacred medicine originating from Indigenous tribes of the Amazon rainforest.

For generations, it has been used to support strength, clarity, resilience, and right relationship with the body.

This is not a quick fix.

And it is not a spiritual bypass.

This is ancient technology

Kambo works directly with the body’s intelligence, helping release what has been weighing the system down so clarity and steadiness can naturally return.

You might be wondering:

“Is this safe?”
“Is this for me?”
“Do I need to be experienced or spiritual?”

Those questions are wise.

Kambo is not something to rush into or take lightly.

In my work, Kambo is offered slowly, intentionally, and with deep respect for its roots.

The focus is on safety, consent, integration, and honouring the lineage from which this medicine comes.

This work isn’t about chasing an experience.

It’s about meeting yourself honestly and allowing the body to restore its own balance.

If you feel a genuine call to this ancestral offering and want to work with someone who holds it with reverence and responsibility, I’m here to support you.

Note: Blood pressure conditions, including normal blood pressure, are not a contraindication to Kambo. This information is collected for preparation, safety, and in-session monitoring.

This is a 3-day, daytime Kambo immersion in Comox, created to support deeper release by working with the medicine across multiple days rather than forcing everything into a single session.

The container includes Kambo offered over three days, alongside Sananga and Hapéh, supported by song, rest, and intentional integration.

Each day is paced with nervous-system awareness, allowing the body to unwind gradually and intelligently.

Participants return home in the evenings
This is not a sleep-over retreat.

This offering is for those who feel called to begin the new year with clarity, responsibility, and presence, not urgency or overwhelm.

If you’re curious, send me a message or comment COMOX and I’ll share the details.

“Somatic” is popping up everywhere right now… but Somatic Experiencing isn’t just a catchy word.

You’re seeing “somatic” in captions, workshops, and coaching offers because it sounds grounding, embodied, and therapeutic.

But there’s a difference between using somatic language… and actually practicing somatic trauma work.

Soma means “in the body.”

And Somatic Experiencing (SEP) is a true therapeutic modality, a structured, in-depth, body-based approach developed to help the nervous system release and resolve stuck trauma responses.

When we go through something overwhelming and our body doesn’t get to complete its natural reactions, fight, flight, or freeze, that incomplete energy can remain stored in the system.

It can show up as shutdown, anxiety, irritability, emotional flooding, chronic tension, or feeling like you’re always bracing for something.

Somatic Experiencing works by helping your nervous system complete what it never got to finish.

Through slow tracking of sensation, nervous system pacing, and allowing micro-releases, your body begins to unwind the survival stress it’s been carrying, in a way that’s gentle, precise, and trauma-informed.

This is not just “somatic tools.”
This is trauma therapy for the body.

I’m expanding my current practice to offer private Somatic Experiencing sessions on Zoom, available for a temporary sliding scale of $55–$111 as I continue to build this work.

If you’ve been looking for deeper support with trauma, nervous system overwhelm, shutdown, or chronic stress patterns, this work may meet you in a way talking alone can’t.

You were never meant to live in survival mode.

The constant tension, the racing thoughts, the feeling like you’re holding it all together by a thread, that’s your body asking for relief.

Kambo helps open that space again.

It clears the density, softens the nervous system, and reminds your spirit what it feels like to be free.

When the body and spirit reconnect, everything begins to flow again.

So much of what we carry isn’t just ours.

Our bodies hold layers, emotions we never expressed, energy we absorbed, and even ancestral imprints passed down through our lineage.

The logical mind can’t always connect to the story the body remembers… but the body never forgets.

That’s where the medicine meets you.

In the quiet space between awareness and release.

In the breath where you remember what’s been yours, and what never was.

Ancestral work invites you to let go of what you didn’t even know you were carrying…

To reclaim your wisdom, intuition, and strength.

To remember that you are, and have always been, the energy of love and worthiness.

What I’d do ⬇️

I’d start by making a conscious effort to step away from people's energy and giving my system permission to come back to me.

Not the version of me who was tracking everyone else’s breath.

The me who lives underneath all that.

I’d sit or step outside, feel the air on my skin, and take one slow exhale until I can actually hear my own heartbeat again.

Then, I’d shake.

Literally.

Hands, arms, legs, a full-body release until I feel a little silly or a little free (both work).

After that, I’d rinse my hands and face in cool water or use Sananga or Rapéh to reset my field, not as a ritual of perfection, but as a way of saying thank you to my body for carrying so much.

And before I move on, I’d place one hand on my chest, one on my belly, and whisper:

“Everything that’s not mine, I release with love.”

That’s it.

No big ceremony.

Just honesty with my own energy.

Because clearing isn’t about escaping what you felt, it’s about honouring what moved through you and choosing not to keep it.

Follow for more ways to come back to yourself after holding space for others.

You can’t lead others through regulation if you’re still stuck in survival.
My private Kambo sessions are for practitioners who are ready to walk their talk by letting their nervous system guide the way.

If you’re ready to release, remember, and return to yourself…
