Avery grew up here in Burns Lake, with an active and artful lifestyle she values her time to art projects and spending time outdoors, creating personal wellness. She is excited to join the team as a Peer Support Worker. Avery brings a compassionate lived experience perspective to supporting individuals and is looking forward to helping young people here in the community.

Caregivers Group alert! Foundry Virtual BC's Art Exploration group is back for the spring! This group will use art to experience mindfulness, self-care, community, and focus on exploring our values and personal identity.

This virtual group will support caregivers of youth aged 12-24 in gaining skills to explore their caregiving values and self-care in a safe and creative environment. No previous art skills are required!

Join us on the Friday, April 24th, Pro-D day for our Spring Spark health fair!

We'll be hosting basketball in the court, a cooking class with hot lunch provided, crafts & beading, self care and mindfulness activities, and tons of games!
