He was a sick schoolchild so he has absented of Physical Exercises/sports/ hours at school for 4 years. He had suffered from rheumatoid arthritis (also his heart had affected). Then he has started running for health and soon the results appeared – his health had started to recover. So he continued with running for health and pleasure. Finally, he retired from work without using any single day as a sick leave.
He continue running for health, for pleasure and … for results.
He is the current holder World Records for 48-hour run race and for 6 days run race in his age group M70.
He took parts at EMU 6-day run race 5 times, of which 3 times he BROKE the World Records for 6-day run race in his age group.
Currently, he is the OWNER of 6 best results for 48-hours run race (in M70 age group). He is the FIRST, and the singular who achieved the 6 best results for age group (for the disciplines which the IAU registers for World Records).
He is also the National Record Holder at 48-hours run race and 6-days run race.
With Natural lifestyle, he does not use any supplements, medicaments, and pharmaceutical products.
He advocates a fully natural healthy lifestyle.
He demonstrates endurance, for which most of the people could only dream.
At his 65 anniversary, he made an on-life demonstration (with a camera record):
3634 squats per 1 hour and
Totally 17004 squats for 6 hours.
He has 5 World Records for squats making.
He did 7000 consecutive abdominal presses (ABC) NON STOP.

His BEST running results are the following:
• 24 h: 182 km
• 48 h: 316 km (2018)
• 6 day: 711 km (2019)
• 10 day: 1012,277 Km

He finished the Spartathlon, when he was 55-years old and 60-years old ,too.
