Hey beautiful people 🫶🏽 I figured it may be time for a reintroduction, so why not start with some fun facts about me!

1) If you’re into astrology - I am an Aries through and through!
2) I was born and raised in Calgary and have always resided here!
3) I am the youngest of three - but I swear I’m the most mature (and the coolest, obvs) 😌🤭
4) I have the most incredible, sweetest, smartest two year-old son (yes I may be biased) who I’m truly obsessed with ! 🫶🏽
5) I am incredibly passionate — and admittedly a bit frustrated — about women’s health, in regards to the fact that it is so under-researched and often overlooked
6) I love being a Registered Nurse, and I feel so fortunate that I’ve built such amazing and meaningful relationships with many of patients, whose stories have touched my soul. Being a Nurse Injector is such an honor. I love that people are able to trust me with their treatments. I love making people feel more confident, beautiful, and empowered ❤️

These before and afters were taken 3 weeks apart after neuromodulator treatment 🤩 Smoothed, relaxed, refreshed and lifted! ✨

This treatment focused on the frontalis, glabella, and orbicularis oculi — the key muscle groups responsible for forehead lines, frown lines (“11s”), and crow’s feet.

Neuromodulators work by temporarily relaxing these muscles, softening expression lines while maintaining a natural, refreshed look 💉

💡 Frontalis: Smooths horizontal forehead lines
💡 Glabella: Softens the frown lines between the brows aka “11’s”
💡 Orbicularis oculi: Reduces crow’s feet and provides a subtle brow lift, enhancing eye openness
