For generations, men have been told to โ€œtough it out,โ€ often at the expense of their mental health.

The result? Many ignore signs of anxiety, grief, or burnout until itโ€™s too late.

This Movember, weโ€™re reminded that strength isnโ€™t about silence, itโ€™s about self-awareness.

While men are less likely to seek mental health support, they make up the majority of suicides in Canada, according to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
