On International Wheelchair Day, we celebrate the ongoing commitment to removing barriers and improving accessibility in communities and workplaces across Canada.

Workplace accessibility is essential—it ensures persons with disabilities can fully contribute their skills and leadership. Inclusive workplaces help to drive innovation, economic prosperity and reflect our values of fairness and respect.

Organizations are encouraged to apply to the Enabling Accessibility Fund for projects that improve workplace accessibility. Applications are open until March 12 at 3 p.m. EDT.
