NO WAY!! You stepped on the spine !! 🫠
This feels sooooooo good for back pain!

People fear the spine in massage and you should, but when you practice specialized massage therapy techniques you know how to place and apply pressure to not affect it. These techniques are highly advanced since it takes precision and control to know how much feet pressure or support, how much pull, and even knowing or testing your patients ROM. Most the videos you see doing this are wrong… clients aren’t sitting straight and are sitting in 45 degree angle and they think just pushing and pulling.. careful who you learn massage from.

You’ve plateaued 😭🛑…

Your hip rotators are tight and you’re ignoring them.

When your external and internal rotators don’t move properly, your hips lose control. That’s when your knees start taking the stress, your lower back starts compensating, and your movement gets sloppy.

Limited rotation means weak stability. Weak stability means poor force transfer. That’s why your squats feel off, your hips feel stuck, and your progress stalls. Add movement to your massage therapy treatments it does wonders 🫶🏼

If you train hard but skip hip rotation work, you’re building strength on dysfunction.
