Meet Janine (me) - Personal Trainer & Wellness Advocate!
With over 7 years of experience, I specialize in strength and conditioning, rehab, injury prevention, and mobility. I’m also a certified yoga instructor, blending breath work for a well rounded approach to wellness.
💪 My Why?
I chose health and fitness because of my family. Their dedication to caring for each other inspired me. Unfortunately, many members face autoimmune and inflammation diseases due to neglecting their own health. (Like so many others, we lack prioritizing ourselves, managing stress, and/or are not sleeping well, etc). We are working on it though, and many members of my family have been able to minimize or regress some of their symptoms completely by working on these key fundamentals and improve their quality of life.
I personally deal with bone degeneration in my lumbar spine, which fuels my passion for strength training. As I age gracefully 😆, I prioritize building bone density and muscle mass to maintain my independence and mobility for my future self.
✨ My Philosophy: Exercise is medicine! Movement keeps us young and vibrant. If you want to grow old quickly, stop moving. Let’s move together towards a healthier future!
