Ladies, your body doesn’t change from light weights and comfort-zone reps.
It changes when you push — when that last rep burns, shakes, and almost breaks you… but you don’t quit.
Training to failure isn’t about ‘going hard,’ it’s about giving your muscles the stimulus they need to sculpt, tighten, and reshape your entire body.
Strong women lift heavy. Strong women chase the reps that scare them a little.
