Yoga has never been about how a body looks - it’s about how it feels.

During my yoga teacher training, a classmate once told me she was shocked I did so well in an ashtanga class. 

She couldn’t imagine someone in a bigger body could keep up.

But that thing she didn't know was that I’d been practicing ashtanga yoga for years. She just assumed I couldn't be good at the more rigorous kind of yoga.

We never really know what someone’s capable of just by looking at them - and that’s the beauty of yoga. ✨

Yoga is for *every* body. 🧘‍♀️

There’s just something about October that makes me want to curl up with a spooky book and a cozy blanket. 🍂👻

This month’s reads were the perfect mix of creepy and atmospheric - from haunted houses to gothic castles. I even revisited one of my all-time favorite classics, The Haunting of Hill House, which never fails to give me chills (in the best way).
