What is pine pollen? It is the yellow powder you see falling of the pine trees in about April and May depending on where you live. Pine pollen is rich in antioxidants, minerals and its best part, phytoandrogens. This is bio identical plant testosterone, meaning they mimic natural occurring testosterone in the body. Healthy levels of testosterone are needed in both men and women. So ladies, don’t be afraid of it, we need it too. ~ 1/4 cup Coconut cream
~ top with roses
My personal experience with this product has been fantastic, I started using the powder in my breakfast smoothie or oatmeal.
