I am a graduate of CSNN (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition) as a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant. This education has taught me how to focus on the mind, body and spirit, the building blocks of nutrition, having learned about balance as a whole. I feel completely blessed to be part of the Health & Wellness industry, helping others discover their optimal well-being through healthy eating, and developing an exercise regimen, by working alongside Orangetheory Fitness, a studio that is all about getting results, fitness and achieving a maintainable healthy lifestyle. I focus on the top three body systems that are in imbalance, and with whole-foods nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes I work with you to bring back balance in your life.
