Here Are 3 Strategies To Magically Add An Hour To Your Day
You already wake up early, go to bed late, work hard, & can’t find enough time to deal with life, let alone take care of yourself.
It’s that feeling of groundhog day where you’re just running on fumes like a hamster on a wheel.
You have no energy left in the tank… and all you can think of is escaping and having some peace and well deserved R&R, even if just for a day.
I get it. I’ve been there. Too many times.
What if I told you there’s something you can do RIGHT NOW to break the cycle, enhance your productivity, and help you get more free time each day?
Trust me. It WORKS every 👏🏻 single 👏🏻 time 👏🏻
It’s all about an all-rounder approach… like this:
💞 FOR YOUR MIND: Empty your mind on a piece of paper - write down everything you need to do and want to do. All of it. Then rank it by urgency and importance, and highlight stuff that takes less than 15min to do. Choose 3 things from that list that are urgent + important! Do those TODAY and start with ones that are short. I also recommend closing social media for a day and see how you feel and how much more time you find yourself with 😏😉
💧FOR YOUR BODY: Drink up (water I mean 😜)- Staying hydrated will not only keep you satiated, but will give you mental energy, clarity, help you detox, lose weight,💩 and feel better overall. 🌱 FOR YOUR MOOD: Take a breath and sleep it off - Practice slow, diaphragmatic breathing for 5min before bed while focusing your mind only on the sound your breath. Then sleep for AT LEAST 7-9h each night. The breath will engage your ‘rest & digest’ nervous system allowing for better recovery, and sufficient sleep will allow your body to detox and your mind, to reset. This approach will gradually uplift your mood and decrease anxiety!
