Today I did a little tune-up.
Chiropractic → focuses on improving spinal motion to reduce interference and support better nervous system regulation—because your nervous system runs everything.
Massage → helps soft tissues unwind and improve circulation.
Infrared sauna → supports recovery, relaxation and that deep exhale feeling.
Cold plunge → a quick stressor that can support resilience + regulation (and leave you feeling super awake and refreshed).
