Grief comes in different forms. The obvious one is when a loved one passes. There is also grief when we lose a friend, a job, a home, a relationship, and more.
People deal with grief in different ways. There is no perfect way. Whatever that way is for you is the best way for you. Don't let anyone tell you any differently. Take the time you need. There is no need to hide behind a mask. You aren't a robot. When you love deeply, loss is hard. Give yourself grace as you move through this difficult time.
