If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard a woman say, “I’m not good at receiving!!”

The difficulty women have with receiving is very, very real and very, very serious when it comes to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance and well being.
It hits hard.

Without an ability to receive and meet our most basic needs, women are not getting what we require to be healthy and even simply alive beings. Not getting looked after at a basic level is robbing our sisters of their very lives as I write this. This deficit is at the heart of how the Patriarchy robs us of our life force energy and continues to control and oppress us.

I invite you to refuse this conditioned notion that you have a hard time receiving!
