Imbolc celebrates the sun's turn from the darkness of winter into the light of the coming spring. The original word "Imbolg" means "in the belly", as during this time, the earth is pregnant and expectant - but barely visible - like the gentle curve of a 'just-showing' pregnant belly!

Imbolc is the promise of renewal, of hidden potential, of earth awakening and life-force stirring - from this point forward, it's the journey of rebirth and new beginnings.

This cross-quarter celebration is associated with the Celtic Goddess Brigid ~ the goddess of fire, the eternal flame, fertility and creativity, who you can call to guide you through the dawn, as the darkness is now behind us, and the inner fire is beginning to ignite within, too.

A few weeks ago, I had the blessing of holding space and offering a magical mother blessing for a beautiful mama and friend.

It was packed with emotion, magic, light, ancestral presence, healing energy, and the most beautiful connection between women, honouring the mother and the upcoming arrival of this new soul, her son.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We gathered in circle and journeyed through their love and friendship, through her presence and legacy as a mother. We sat in meditation and shared our gifts and blessings for her baby to come. Through different rituals, we honoured her, the divine feminine, our sacred powers of creation, the magic of the womb, and the legacy of our ancestors / all the women and mothers who have come before us.

After being away for more than a year (trying to come back multiple times, lol), I've realized that the one thing stopping me from getting back into business, was the fact that I was trying SO SO hard to replicate to what I used to do and how I used to do it - I mean, it used to work. But, not only this platform and community has changed a lot, but I CHANGED A LOT!! I'm not that person anymore, I don't have the time I used to have to create content, practice and plan. Trying to do it ALL, the way I used to, now with a baby / toddler, it's just not feasible.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The good news is that if there's something this incarnation, and my work with the earth and its seasons, has taught me is that life is constantly changing... we're constantly evolving.

So here I am... showing up as who I am. Working on bringing my passion, my current practice, new downloads and NEW perspective to this AMAZING and MAGICAL community I built from scratch a few years ago.

I'm not going to lie... I'm scared. I feel rusty, a bit lost and overwhelmed, but there's SO SO MUCH I want to share with you. So much the earth and the Universe have shown me in this time. So much I want to offer and give. There's so much more...

Spring is usually the time were we all feel called to renew, refresh and revamp our spaces - we do a deep clean, declutter and donate things we no longer need, to give back and make space for more / new things or energies coming our way ✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Even though I always accompany my physical cleaning and organization with an energetic cleansing afterwards, this year I decided to incorporate a little bit more magic to the entire process... You know I love me some ritual, lol!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After dusting, what's the most basic task one does? Sweep the floors, right? So I decided to attach a Selenite to my broom (infused with some essential oils) - making it a huge broom wand 💗(all the witchy vibes 🧙🏽‍♀️).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With each sweep, I visualize the energetic sweep / cleansing happening with the help of selenite - this way, it's all happening at the same time - but remember, VISUALIZATION IS KEY! See it, and feel it 🥰
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While you're at it, you can play high frequency energy music, burn some incense, light a few candles, etc. Afterwards, don't forget to smudge some sage in all areas of your home.

Just remember to do everything with intention, holding love, gratitude and any other intention you wish to reflect/manifest in your home 💗 You’ll notice the difference afterwards. You’ll even feel better yourself 🙏🏽✨

I've talked about this quite a few times before, and I even make it a big part of my workshops, but I felt called to dig a little deeper on this subject that I usually call "Crystal Spirits".

I believe crystals are 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 birthed from mother earth and 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲. Yup, a l i v e.

Just like humans and animals, each one has a soul, its own spirit and energy, with different personalities and abilities that may even change through time.

They hold key codes of information that's been recorded for thousands and thousands of years, and again -to me- each crystal holds a special connection to the divine, and houses or roots one or multiple light/elemental/master beings' energy in them.

They hold infinite wisdom and life-force energy from the earth and the cosmos, which they transmit into the environment and call upon us to share it with all of us. The more we work with a crystal, the more we get to know it, its spirit / its beings, the more we learn about each other and better connect.

Part of my mission is to bring crystals into people's lives, so we can journey together towards an intimate, personal and magical relationship with them. I aspire to, through my workshops, healing sessions, creations and crystal magic, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 to connect with your OWN MAGIC, your own power, and the divine being that you are; to help you redefine what these beings are, and create your own experiences and relationships with them, to see them as equals, allies, and the guides they truly are.

• Grab an amethyst (or any other crystal that resonates with the Violet Flame, like sugilite, charoite, tanzanite, etc). Touch it, feel it, welcome it to your field.

• Lay on your back, close your eyes, and place the crystal on your third eye, heart and/or solar plexus chakra. Breathe in and out. Set the intention of connecting with the Violet Flame and Violet Ray.

• Focus on an intention, you might even say an affirmation, and focus on the feeling of the crystal touching your skin and visualize the violet flame bathing your body / field.

• Feel its presence, expand it, and be aware of any sensations that may arise (smells, colors, etc). Be present and enjoy the experience. Allow it to be, don't try to force it.

We are very good at taking care of our personal hygiene and protecting our bodies from germs and bacteria, we keep our body clean and as healthy as possible, and most even try to keep our minds "clean" too, but a huge part of our overall hygiene, it's actually our spiritual hygiene ~ where we combine mind, body and soul together and that we should honour and protect.

Protecting our energetic field is just as important as protecting and taking care of the rest of our body. We're in constant contact with tons of people / places that influence our EMF. Our energy torus (electromagnetic/auric field) expands waaay beyond our physical bodies and when in contact to another person's torus, for example, there's an exchange of energy.

Energy disturbances or blockages in other people’s fields can "negatively" impact us in many forms - negative thoughts and emotions, heaviness, feeling yucky and ungrounded, etc. All of these can later become more dense and manifest in the physical body.

Crystals such as black tourmaline, amethyst, shungite, smoky quartz, selenite, clear quartz, black onyx, obsidian etc., can help you keep your EMF and spaces clean and protected. High frequency music, sage smudging and energy showers help too 🙏🏽

I've shared the energetic shower ritual before, so this time I wanted to share a Clearing and Protecting crystal layout for you to recreate on your own:

~ Play some high frequency music and burn some incense (or diffuse essential oils).
~ Grab any of the crystals mentioned above.
~ Lay comfortably on the floor and intuitively lay them out around and on your body. You can incorporate protective and clearing herbs too.
~ Close your eyes, breathe in, breathe out, and and visualize light energy surrounding your entire body, grounding you and clearing all the heaviness, "yucky spots" and densities from your EMF.
~ Take a deep breath and visualize your body laying inside big pyramid of glowing violet light and say: "I let go of all the energy that does not belong to me, I am whole, safe and protected".
~ Give thanks and stay mindful of the energy you allow into your space.
