Parents, please hear this from my heart… these days are truly evil. So many children boys and girls are being molested, abused, and wounded in silence every single day. Some of them are smiling on the outside but crying on the inside, carrying pains they don’t even have the words to explain.
As we chase wealth, success, and comfort, let us not forget our first God-given assignment: our family. Nothing we are pursuing is more important than the lives and destinies God placed in our hands. Children don’t only need food, clothes, and school fees they need presence. They need conversations. They need parents who watch, pray, and pay attention.
The enemy is working overtime to steal the innocence of children, to destroy homes, and to plant lifelong scars. But as parents, we must rise. We must be vigilant. We must be spiritually alert. We must pray over our children daily and also be physically present to see the signs, hear their hearts, and know when something is wrong.
Please, slow down sometimes. Put the phone away. Look into your child’s eyes. Ask questions. Create a safe space for them to speak. Teach them that their bodies are sacred. Teach them to run to you, not from you. Let love and communication be stronger in your home than fear and silence.
May God give every parent wisdom, sensitivity, discernment, and strength. May He protect our children from every evil hand. May your home be covered under the blood of Jesus.
Parents, in the pursuit of wealth, don’t lose the treasures God already gave you. Your children are your legacy guard them with everything you have.
