Monday Feb 7th is fast approaching 😁🙌🏻

I'm so excited to be helping 5 new people on their Health and wellness journey!

My passion is helping people with their overall wellness and I'm so happy to have the tools to take you to the next level of your journey!

Today I'm planning out my community Mindset Virtual Fit Club to help set us up for success this month!

We will be working on...

🌼 Personal growth
🌼 Focusing on our intentions for the month and for our futures
🌼 Creating new habits for the health & life we want
🌼 learning to prioritize our health 20 minutes at a time
🌼 Creating relationships in a safe encouraging community 👭👭

The scale ⚠ has always been something ive allowed to define me.

Growing up, yes i was a string bean. I had a crazy high metabolism and I had enough energy in me to fuel a power plant 😂

Hitting my teens I thickened out a bit and developed an eating disorder that I hid for years. I had body imagine issues and very little self worth.

Being teased and bullied 🚨 from grade 4 until I dropped out of school in grade 9 defiantly had a lasting effect on my mental state 💭 and how I saw myself as a person.

After having kids 👦👧 I developed a thyroid issue and have struggled to keep weight off since.

I now look at the scale NOT to define me but as a tool 🔧 that shows what foods I eat make my body feel good 👌or like 💩

Today at 179lbs I feel incredible! My GOAL pants from 4 years ago slip right on, I'm healthy, happy and full of energy again!

In my Challenge group we will be focusing on our nutrition and really finding a system that works for your everyday life. Stay tuned for more details 😁

These 20 minute full body home workouts are the best yet!!

Its hard but so satisfying. 💗👙

So easy to fit into any busy schedule 📅

Are you ready to stop making excuses as to why you can't do the things you need to be happy and healthy??

-kids
-money
-no time
-its boring
-im not motivated
-nobody to hold me accountable
-I dont like working out in front of people

I can keep going.. These are excuses I used to say and that I hear people say every day as to why they "can't" im here to tell you they are all excuses.

In my online accountability group of 👭 woman we motivate each other , we share recipes, we buddy up and hold each other accountable.

We all have kids, most of us work or homeschool our kids. Its everything but boring. Your workong out at home so you dont have to be uncomfortable or have someone watch the kids. And it's cheaper than going to the gym 🙌

Transformation Tuesday 🙌🙌

Just over a year between the two pictures.

What I see most when I look at these two is yes of course the many pounds and inches shed but mostly the personal growth I've gained!!

I was sad, depressed, full of anxiety and stress. Oh the stress was killing me!! I was not a happy wife or mom. But i knew how to put a face on but inside I was going to explode.

Now ive learnt the tools to work through the crappy and knowing I have the support of my community of woman 👯👯who encourage and motivate me has really changed my life ❤

I can't wait to work with in January to reach your goals!!

Stop waiting for the perfecr time and lets get you on the right path now 🙌

I didnt think id be able to get my second workout in tonight! 💤

With seeing all the ladies in my Bootcamp👯 posting their workouts today and knowing I've made a commitment to myself to stay 💯% on track until the end of the year to prove I can do it with my busy life, i had the motivation 👊 to push play again!!!

I'm soo excited 😁 to see the results from shredding💦 for the next two weeks, to finish off this 4x week for 8 weeks Home workout plan ive been doing!!!🌟

Workout 1 of 2 done today 🙌

I'm so excited for the next stage of this program!! 2 weeks of shredding!!!! 💪

I'll be done this 4 day/week program just in timw for the launch of our 20mins a day workout!!!! The results from the test groups are insane!!!

I'm soo excited to do this one!!!
