Tamara Doering Integrative Pelvic Health

Tamara Doering Integrative Pelvic Health Hi Loves, I’m Tamara ,
I’m an integrative pelvic health practitioner, mama of six, and devoted guide for women returning home to their bodies.

I support women in healing pelvic pain and prolapses, birth trauma, and disconnection through gentle, whole-body practices—pelvic bodywork, abdominal massage, scar tissue healing, and energy work—to restore vitality, pleasure, and deep embodiment. My work is rooted in the belief that your body is not broken—and that deep healing, pleasure, and vitality are your birthright. Through gentle, integrative practices like pelvic bodywork, yoni steaming, abdominal massage, lymphatic therapy, scar tissue release, and energetic healing, I support women in healing from birth trauma, sexual trauma, pelvic pain, and disconnection from self. I hold sacred space for your body to speak, unwind, and remember. My approach is trauma-informed, consent-centered, and deeply sensual—woven with reverence, education, and emotional safety. Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, painful intimacy, menstrual challenges, or simply longing to reconnect with your pleasure, you are so welcome here. Together, we’ll create a healing journey that is slow, sacred, and entirely led by your body’s wisdom. I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to walk with you as you reclaim the power that has always been within you. Welcome home to your womb. Welcome home to you. With Love and Gratitude,
Tamara

I’ll be away from June 21–30 for 10 days of deepening my skills in advanced pelvic floor bodywork... and I have just a handful of sessions available before I go.

If your body has been whispering (or shouting) that it’s time for support, this is a beautiful moment to say yes.

These 2–3 hour Integrative Pelvic Health sessions are:
🌿 Trauma-informed
🌿 Hands-on and deeply therapeutic
🌿 A blend of internal + external bodywork, fascial release, lymphatic drainage, and emotional unwinding

Note: I offer a few different session types that vary slightly in length depending on what’s needed—everything is tailored to you, for you.

Your womb, your fascia, your nervous system… all of you is welcome here.

Before I ever lay a hand on a body, I listen.

To your story. Your rhythms. Your concerns. Your pace.

Because healing doesn’t begin on the table, it begins in the safety we build together.

This beautiful client shared how deeply the intake process impacted her—how being seen, heard, and thoroughly cared for helped her soften before the session even began.

In my practice, the intake isn’t just a formality.

It’s where we begin weaving safety, consent, and attunement into the fabric of your care.

Every detail matters.
Every part of you is welcome here.

Trauma-informed
Client-led
Always sacred

Curious what it might feel like to be truly held in your healing?
My sessions are designed to honour your body, story, and sovereignty from the very first touchpoint.

You were never too much.

Too tender.
Too wild.
Too soft.
Too loud.
Too anything.

Somewhere along the way, someone forgot how to hold your fullness—and you thought you were the problem.

But no, love.

You are simply a woman remembering her worth.

And that remembrance is holy.

Save this if you needed the reminder today.

Tag a sister who’s reclaiming her voice

You are allowed to take up space.

You are worthy.

Pelvic pain is not always obvious.
It doesn’t always scream. Sometimes, it whispers quietly through your hips, your bladder, your womb, your breath.

Sometimes, it looks like:
• A pelvis that won’t stop clenching
• A v***a that stings with every touch
• A uterus that feels bruised — even when you're not bleeding
• Pain that lingers after birth, after surgery, after everything else has healed

And far too often... it goes unspoken.

This carousel was created to name what so many women carry silently — so that you might see your experience reflected, acknowledged and validated.

Pelvic pain is real. It’s complex. And it’s treatable.

You don’t have to suffer in silence.

Book a session to begin reconnecting with your body, your healing, and the deeper root of what your pelvis has been holding.

Sometimes the most sacred shifts show up in the most hilarious ways… 😂💩

A couple months ago, my friend brought her 1-month-old baby for a visit.

Her little one hadn’t p**ped in two days.

She was fussy, uncomfortable, and clearly holding tension in her tiny body.

Mama had tried everything — rocking, feeding, soothing — but by nightfall, her sweet little baby was inconsolable.

So I offered to help.

We did a gentle abdominal massage — slow, rhythmic work on her belly and digestive system. Softening fascia. Co-regulating her nervous system. Just helping her little body remember what it needed to do.

Within that hour:
Her belly released 💩
Her cries softened 🥹
And her whole little body exhaled

And by the next day?
Let’s just say… no amount of wipes were going to cut it.
It was an immediate bath p**p kind of situation. (See screenshot for full glory.) 😂

This work supports more than just adult bodies.

It helps babies with:

- Constipation & gas
- Reflux & digestive upset
- Emotional overwhelm & nervous system regulation

And, it supports you, too — the parent, the mama, the one holding it all.

This is tender work — and it does work.
Tiny bellies need love too. ♡

If you have a little one who’s struggling, I’d be honored to offer them some gentle relief — and give you a moment to breathe, too.

I offer a reduced baby rate of $55 for a 1-hour session (or $35 for 30 minutes).
This includes abdominal massage, lymphatic support, and co-regulating care for both you and baby.

💌 Message me if you'd like to book a session or learn more.

I’d love to hold space for you — and your little one.

Vulvodynia | The ache no one talks about…

This post was inspired by someone who responded to a quiet little poll I posted asking what pelvic pain I should explore next.

She said: vulvodynia.
And so I wrote this — for her, and for everyone else carrying this pain in silence.

Vulvodynia is a deep, persistent pain in the v***a or vestibule — burning, stinging, rawness, or sharp discomfort.

It can make sitting, s*x, wiping, or even wearing underwear feel unbearable.

And yet, so many are told it’s nothing.
That it’s normal.
That it’s in their head.

To even receive a diagnosis, most women are told they must live with the pain for at least three months. consecutively.

Your v***a deserves better.
You don’t need to wait to be believed.
Your body is not too much — and it is not failing you.
It’s speaking. And there are gentle, body-based ways to help it heal.

Vulvodynia can look many different ways:
• Localized (like vestibulodynia or clitorodynia), or generalized across the v***a
• Provoked (pain with touch, insertion, or s*x), spontaneous (pain without contact), or both
• Primary (present from the first tampon or s*xual attempt), or secondary (developing after a period of no pain)
• It may be constant, intermittent, delayed, or waxing and waning
• And it may be rooted in fascia restrictions, hormonal creams, trauma, infections, or nervous system dysregulation

In this carousel, I share:
• What vulvodynia actually is
• Why it’s so misunderstood
• What often doesn’t work — and what I’ve found can

You’re not alone in this.

I have a few spots open this month, and I’m currently booking into mid-June.

My link is in my bio to book a free discovery call or message me directly if you're unsure where to start.

You don’t have to wait.
Your body is beckoning you home.

ADENOMYOSIS — The Ache Beneath the Blood: My Journey with Adenomyosis

Adenomyosis is a condition where endometrial tissue — the lining of the uterus — begins to grow within the muscular wall of the uterus (the myometrium). And each cycle, this misplaced tissue still responds to your hormones… thickening, breaking down, and bleeding.

But here’s the thing: it can’t leave.
It’s trapped.
So your body holds it.
Feels it.
Swells with it.

This often leads to:

- Debilitating cramps (dysmenorrhea)
- Heavy or prolonged bleeding
- Pelvic pressure or uterine swelling
- Fatigue, bloating, & painful intimacy

🌿 I was diagnosed with adenomyosis myself in January 2023.

And I’ve felt both ends of the spectrum.

When I’m not tending to myself — when I’m in seasons of stress or disconnection — my cramps can be intense. I bleed more. I bleed longer.
But when I do the work… when I nurture my uterus the way I would a client’s —
my period arrives with ease.
No excessive bleeding.
No pain.
Just presence.

This work works. I’ve felt it in my own body.

What contributes to adenomyosis?
Often, it's a mix of hormonal imbalance (especially estrogen dominance), inflammation, trauma, and immune dysregulation.

Sometimes the body isn’t broken — it’s responding.

To overwork.
To undercare.
To a culture that taught us our bleeding was a burden.

But there’s another way.
When we support the body — hormonally, emotionally, energetically — healing begins.

In my work, we gently tend to:

- Hormone regulation
- Pelvic circulation
- Liver and lymph detox pathways
- Fascia and myofascial release
- Nervous system downshifting
- Womb reconnection

You don’t have to push through.
You don’t have to suffer silently.
There is a path forward — and I’m walking it, too.

Now booking May sessions.

Your body speaks in whispers…

A leak here. A dull ache there.
A heaviness you can’t quite name.
A quiet longing that keeps rising.

These are not random.
They’re signs—sacred ones.
Messages from the parts of you that are tired of being ignored.

In this carousel, I’ve shared 10 signs that your body may be asking for pelvic healing—some of them might surprise you.
Each one is a doorway into deeper connection, release, and remembering.

Your body is not broken.
She’s beckoning you back into relationship.

“She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process with her professionalism, compassion, and thorough approach. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about⁣ about her clients’ well-being.”

This work is not just technical — it’s relational.

It’s about how you're held.
How you're heard.
How you're honored.

It’s not just knowing the techniques and how to tend to your tissues — it’s about knowing how to tune in and listen.

The healing happens in the way your body is met — with both skill and sacred presence.

In the slowness.
In the breath.
In the way your body is received with reverence.

You deserve to feel completely comfortable in your own skin — and in the hands of whoever is supporting your healing.

If this work is calling you… I’m here. 💗

What Is Pelvic Bodywork?

Pelvic bodywork isn’t just about muscles.

It’s about memory. Emotion. Energy.

It’s the way your nervous system softens under gentle hands.

The unraveling of stories held in your womb.

The return of blood flow, breath, and pleasure to parts of you that forgot they were allowed to feel good.

And no — it doesn’t always involve internal work.

Sometimes, it’s simply lying there, letting your belly be touched with tenderness for the first time in years.

That alone… is sacred. 🌿
