Transitioning with confidence, not confusion. đŸŒ©ïžâœš

There is a massive difference between "getting through" menopause and actually understanding the science of what’s happening to your body. Unfortunately, many women and health providers receive very little education on this transition, leaving you to navigate the noise on your own.

I believe every woman deserves to be the expert on her own health. In honor of International Women's Day and the "Give to Gain" campaign, I am partnering with The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy (Elbow Drive) to offer a free workshop to help you gain the clarity you deserve.

As a Registered Nurse and MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner), I’m pulling back the curtain on the most common menopause myths so you can reclaim your narrative.

Knowledge is power. Let’s get yours back.

Start simple: note your mood, sleep, hot flashes, menstrual cycle and energy levels each day. Over time, patterns emerge that help you make informed choices and communicate better with your healthcare team.

You can track by using a journal or an app such as clue.

How do you track your symptoms? Share your tips or challenges below and let's support each other!

How does menopause affect your work life?

Many women face the hidden challenge of menopause at work—impacting not just their health but also their confidence and career progression. Despite its prevalence, this topic remains largely unspoken in professional environments.

Studies show that up to 75% of women experience menopausal symptoms that affect concentration, energy, and mood—critical factors for workplace success. 1 in 10 of these women will leave the workforce completely due to their symptoms.

What this means for you: acknowledging and addressing menopause openly creates a supportive culture where women can thrive without fear or stigma.

Let's start the conversation and empower women to bring their whole selves to work, confidently and healthily. In honor of International Women's Day and the "Give to Gain" theme I am offering FREE workshops focusing on bringing clarity to some of the biggest menopause myths. If you would be interested in hosting a workshop contact me!

I am looking for partners to host my Menopause Myths Busted workshops throughout the month. This session covers the "Anti-Confusion" approach to menopause—shattering 6 major myths with real evidence.

I have already confirmed one host and have four remaining slots available. If your organization is interested in supporting women’s health and wellness through professional education, let’s connect.

Let’s be honest: perimenopause and stress are a "buy one, get one free" deal nobody asked for. 🙄

When you’re dealing with zero sleep, sudden hot flashes, and a brain that feels like it has 50 tabs open, stress isn't just "easy" to have—it’s practically inevitable. And telling someone in the middle of a hormonal surge to "just relax" is... well, risky.

But here’s the kicker: while stress is hard to control, it’s the primary fuel for those symptoms. Calming the nervous system through tiny, imperfect habits—like 60 seconds of deep breathing or a 5-minute walk—isn't about being "zen"; it's about survival.

I have heard from so many women about the stresses they deal with daily and how menopause pushes them to the edge of what they can handle. While turning down the stress in life is not always possible we can learn habits to help manage the stress and take back control.

If you have been feeling out of control reach out for a free phone consultation to hear how I can help you get back in the driver's seat.
