You know when you are in a state of deep pain? Any reprieve is appreciated!
I know what it is like to have sever back pain. When I sprained my back last year, I did everything that I could think of to heal. Listening to calming hypnotic affirmations with beautiful relaxing music in the background did help a bit - I noticed a difference in my mindset. It calmed me down.
