When Survival Was the Lesson- when I had nothing but breath- my past built my wisdom, not my cage- this holiday season can feel so heavy for some people, the best gift I can give is compassion with a message of belief. Believe there will be better days ahead, Believe you are not defined by this current situation you are in, Believe that you too will live your best life because you choose to do so!
