This week, I’m honoured to share that I received my 3rd Degree Reiki Level certification ~ I am now a Reiki Master Teacher ✨️🙏

This next step deepens the work I offer here at The Forest: creating space for restoration, clarity and gentle transformation, supported by a more refined and powerful energetic practice.

It feels like a natural unfolding… deeper roots, wider branches 🌳

With heartfelt gratitude to my teacher, Deborah Hackett-Jones, for her wisdom and guidance, and to an incredible client, Bev of Blue Heron Apothecary, who was part of this journey with me 🙏💙

Your Forest Card Pull for the week: Bee Spirit, Prosperity, 5

Could this card bee anymore perfect??? 🐝☀️ I was out walking in the woods today - in the leaves, off the trails, in the depths of the green. The forest floor was ALIVE with trillums, trout lilies, early may apples and yes - bees!!!

Spring is truly here, and so is the abundance and Prosperity it brings.

Prosperity also comes from hardwork. To have the abundance in life flow to you, you need to get your hands dirty (think soil, not anything nefarious 😘).

Dig in, use the energy of Spring to get yourself moving towards the things you know will bring the outcomes you've been dreaming of.

Last week was a last bit of Refuge from the cold; this week is time for joyful Action ✨️💛
