Back training clients this week so this little one was helping me clean the gym! Hopefully she wants to do this with me for a long time 😂

It was so nice seeing clients (who have really become friends) again! It really motivated me to get started on my postpartum fitness journey too!

I will be posting and sharing my non-diet approach to food and fitness and how I choose to support my body (and mind) on this journey!

How many trainers?

How many programs?

All promising you results ‘this time’!

But if you didn’t have the motivation to do the workouts consistently… the results never came.

Which means you tried another program or signed up for something different to try.

You probably repeated this cycle over and over, possibly for years.

It’s baaaaaack! 🎉🎉🎉

Group Personal Training

I missed these training sessions so much!

Between the lockdowns and me taking July and August off, I’m really excited to see my clients again!

They are also excited to be back too!

Not only for the workouts and the accountability but for our group of amazing women that we get to workout with each week!

These training sessions are so much more than the workout.. it’s about coming together and enjoying moving our bodies!

We uplift and empower eachother.

It’s a safe space for whatever one of us needs.

It usually has a ton of laughter and joy every session!

It’s working on healthy habits without diet culture.

It’s about feeling confident, strong and capable.

Why do you workout?

Having workout goals that you think are required to have a ‘good’ workout and get results:

“I have to get really sweaty, set personal records and be super sore the next day”…..

can create a negative relationship with fitness/exercise/movement.

So if you are feeling unmotivated to workout, try some new workout goals:

“I want to feel confident, strong and capable in my body”.

Your ‘why’ is what will keep you motivated to keep going.

What my ‘office’ looked like for most of my pregnancy.

Pjs most days 😄 Hadley watching a show or drawing/colouring and me working on content, workouts and programs for my coaching clients! 😇

Besides my booked client calls and personal training sessions every week… I do what I call ‘flexible structure’ for the rest of my behind the scenes work!

Sounds funny but it works for me and it’s what I work on with clients to help them rid the all-or-nothing mindset that diet mentality creates for a lot of women.

Flexible structure-I set my priorities and what I want to accomplish but with less rules and rigidity that it has to look a certain way or be done at a certain time.

It’s flexible but productive because there is structure.

It works for workouts, nutrition, work, housework, etc!

Give it a try this week!

Watch how your stress and guilt melts away when you take away that all-or-nothing mindset!
