Namaste Essential Oil Blend
Orange, Frankincense, Patchouli, Cedar, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang.
Great to centre and uplift. Lovely in the yoga studio and to promote a general feeling of love and acceptance.
Sold out De-Stress Essential Oil Blend
Cedar, Bergamot, Patchouli, Blood Orange, Ylang Ylang, Grapefruit.
Diffuse when you need to wind down and relax. A beautiful way to signal to yourself that the time has come to let go of all your worries and cares. Soothes and calms when you need special care.
Defence Essential Oil Blend.
Frankincense, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Sweet Orange, Thyme.
Another take on the Thieves Oil trend to combat all the viruses and germs that follow us home and threaten our immune systems. This is a brighter blend, and the combination is anti-viral and anti-bacterial. Great to inhale or massage on feet, throat (*properly diluted!) or body when you feel a cold coming on or just to feel refreshed.
Wonderful in diffuser.

Re-Leaf Muscle Essential Oil Blend
Wintergreen, Camphor, Pine, Black Pepper
This blend is for those days when you did too much and need a little help healing a sore muscle. The camphor is cooling to inflamed areas, and the black pepper is analgesic and warming. It’s a perfect balance. Dilute and massage into sore muscles.

If you need help concentrating this is the blend for you. Diffuse it when you’re studying or when the kids are doing homework to help stimulate the brain and retain more information.
Mercury in Retrograde Essential Oil Blend
Lavender, Orange, Geranium, Cedarwood, Marjoram, Frankincense, Lemongrass, Mandarin, Petitgrain.
A very grounding blend that helps you center when the whole universe seems to be spinning out of control. Sweet and mellow. Aids in effective communication and focusing intention.
Thieves Oil Blend.
Essential Oil blend: Rosemary, cinnamon, Lemon, Eucalyptus. Age-old remedy for viral or bacterial attacks on the immune system. Not to be taken internally, this blend is perfect for use *WELL DILUTED* as a hand sanitizer during flu season, or for rubbing on the neck glands, or feet, when anyone in the family is feeling under the weather.
*4 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil is good for topical use if you have ascertained that you have no skin sensitivity issues to this blend.

Revive
Rosemary, Lemon, Lavender, Spearmint, Eucalyptus. This uplifting blend will put a smile in your heart on the toughest of days. Cleansing and reassuring, it reminds you that nothing can keep you down. Diffuse it to give yourself a mood-makeover as needed.
Elevate
This is a great meditation blend for bringing up your mood, and helping you focus on the positive. If you want to access your third eye chakra, this is a good oil to diffuse. Patchouli, Cypress, Juniper,Grapefruit, Lemon
Heart Creek
This blend is a direct link to a favourite mountain hike in Canmore, with the scents of the evergreens to clear your mind, and open your sinuses. Balsam Fir, Pine, Black Spruce.
Noel
A blend to remind you of all that is sweet in the Christmas season. Cedar, Cinnamon,Clove,Sweet Orange, and Vanilla.
Sunshine
It’s impossible not to feel invigorated and happier when you diffuse this blend. Sweet Orange, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit
Provence-
The three oils that remind me most of the sunny coast of the Mediterranean. Bright, cleansing and cheerful. Lemon, Lavender, Rosemary

Bedtime

Clear
This is a great blend to diffuse when you want to be comforted and to concentrate on the open path before you. Rose Geranium,Roman chamomile, Lavender, Tea Tree
Mike’s Tiger Twist
This blend brings out the kid in you. It both cheers and calms, and brings a brightness to the room, just as my big brother did. Named for Mike’s favourite flavour ice cream, Tiger Twist. It’s sure to please the young at heart. Sweet Orange, Sweet Anise
Windy
This blend makes you sit up and take notice. It’s a great one to diffuse when you want to be alert, focused and playful. It’s sweet and happy, and reminds you to smile! Spearmint,Sweet Orange,Lemon, Lime,Grapefruit.
Sage & Cedar
Sometimes you want to clear the energy of a space, and you are reminded of the traditions of smudging, but burning herbs is not appropriate or possible. Sage and Cedar have long been used for these purposes, to help you to centre and become calm and focused on what is most important. A perfect blend for meditation or ceremony, no matter what your tradition.
