The Art of Raising Your Vibration with Sound and Intention
As everything in the universe is vibration, so are you. The frequency of your vibration can affect every aspect of your life and as such, it should be considered especially when dealing with your health. Each and every organ, tissue and cell in your body is comprised of atoms that are in constant vibratory motion. If those parts of the sum are not harmoniously entwined in their rhythm, the body can be in discord. The discord can be apparent in all aspects of health, from physical to mental, to spiritual and can affect relationships, self worth, and value/belief systems.
Lower vibrations can become higher vibrations, and your mind, body and spirit can begin to operate on these higher vibrations. Your health can dramatically improve, you can have more joy in your life, and things can just flow better.
Peace, Love, Gratitude, Compassion, these are all emotions of high vibration. Set the intention to have these emotions in your life, have them replace the low vibration emotions of fear. Take a moment and feel that high emotion with every cell and atom of your body. This will raise your vibrations up to the same level of the emotion felt.
The vibration of music and sound can help solidify and sanctify the higher vibrations. Sound with intention can help perform miracles in your health and wellness.
