You can expect a guided meditation focus on releasing what's ready to go to create space for the new✨️ followed by 60 min of chakra bowls. Closing the session with the calming sounds of the ocean drum.

This Saturday is the final Didgeridoo & Chakra Bowl Sound Bath at the Canmore Garden Center 🌿🎶

Begin with a gentle guided meditation, then settle into the deep, grounding vibrations of the didgeridoo paired with the crystal tones of the chakra bowls. We’ll close the ceremony with the soothing, ocean-like rhythms of the ocean drum leaving you relaxed, centred, and reconnected ✨

Most of us spend our day in a constant fight-or-flight state from emails, meetings, and deadlines.

The sound helps the body slow down and reset, similar to meditation but much easier because the sound guides the mind.

A gentle reminder this Saturday, February 21st, we’re gathering for our affordable community sound bath ! A space to slow down, soften, and simply be 🫶

You’ll be guided into the experience with a grounding meditation to help you fully arrive in the space. From there, allow yourself to drift through 60 minutes of chakra bowl vibrations, each tone washing over you, clearing, balancing, and restoring. We’ll close with the soothing rhythm of the ocean drum, like waves carrying you into deep relaxation. 🌊
