As the new year approaches, I invite you to ponder and embrace the real dichotomy of life. The idea that two things can be true at once. That while joy can sometimes lead to pain, pain will always eventually lead to joy. Sometimes this is simultaneous, coexisting and co-creating in our lives. And sometimes, it requires much much patience. Either way it remains true.

I can be kind but firm. Life can be sweet and also bitter. I can choose peace, and also set firm boundaries. I can experience both pain and joy all at once, and while one may overcome the other at times, they are both of equal value. Neither good nor bad in and of themselves - only a reflection of what I make of them.

Wherever you are in life, this is true. If you open your eyes, open your mind, and open your heart to the richness of the dichotomy of life. ✨✨

Winter Solstice
There are many whose systems like mine are greatly affected by energy.
