One of my top coaches posted something particularly interesting today about negative talk.
Many women are in a constant state of self hatred, shame, guilt, and fear about their bodies. What a silly thing you might think!
It's easy for those with a strong confidence level to shrug off negative self talk, negative comments, negative rumours, or negative body issues. But for many people, daily life is a constant emotional battle with the negative thoughts we play over and over in our minds.
Learning to love yourself is a lesson that some people have always had. Some people can learn to love themselves. And some people, it'll just never happen for.
This business encourages me to not only to help my clients with their struggles, but to push past my OWN negative self talk and work on ME also.
Today all I'm asking, is to be kind to yourself. Love yourself. No negative talk. No mean thoughts. No fear. No guilt. No shame. No glaring in the mirror. No "I wish I was..."

Christina posted: that for every negative comment, it takes about 20 positive ones to recover.
If you find yourself thinking negatively today-I CHALLENGE you to write down TWENTY positives to go with it๐Ÿ˜Š

We all have that exercise(maybe a few) that we despise doing. Because it's hard. Because we feel uncomfortable. Because we aren't perfect at it.
Fitness isn't about being perfect, or good at everything. It's about showing up and giving it your all, regardless what that means for you

Today is international women's day! Let us celebrate this day by stopping all negative self talk. No more complaining about our bodies and its supposed flaws. You are all perfect in your own way. Never stop striving for greater things and to become a better version of yourself each day, but don't motivate yourself through negative talk about yourself. Let us join together and stop accepting negative self talk as a normal; if not for ourselves and the women of today than for the young impressionable women of tomorrow! Look in the mirror today and say this quote below and from today on may you only see your strength, beauty, and confidence!

Normally I preach about "NEVER MISS A MONDAY" workouts.
Today I'm home, sick in bed and can't workout. It's driving me foolish!

I want to know who's planning to work out today.

Proud of my treadmill success today!
30 seconds sprint/30 seconds off for 5 mins
I finally pushed myself to get to speed 10 at a 2 incline. Which might not seem like much to most people.
Not being able to run in months has really hurt my confidence. Reaching new goals on sprint intervals is helping me feel accomplished again!๐Ÿ˜Š
I may not be able to run distances again yet, but I'm proud of working on my speed for short intervals in the meantime! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿป
